Please read these instructions for help on integrating your Epos Now account with Ordoo. In just a matter of minutes, you can sync your menu and start accepting orders on the Ordoo app.
Step 1: Purchase the Ordoo app from within the Epos Now app store
In a couple of clicks, the purchase price will simply be added onto your monthly Epos Now subscription cost.
Step 2: Go to the Ordoo app, create an Ordoo account and set up a store
Create an account using the best email to reach you on (we will reach out) and then enter the details about your venue. If you own multiple sites, then you can repeat this for each site.
Step 3: Associate a Stripe account
Ordoo uses Stripe (a 3rd party mobile payment provider) to handle the payments between you and your customer. Click the 'Connect with Stripe' button and complete the form in the new window created. If you already own a Stripe account, you can sign in with the option on the top right.
Step 4: Sync your menu data from Epos Now
In just a few seconds, you can have your Epos Now menu available in the Ordoo app! The Ordoo app will display the 'customer description' field used in your Epos Now menu, so make sure this is up-to-date and 'displayed on till'. Once this has been checked, simply select the relevant store and SYNCHRONIZE
Step 5: Log into the till and place your first Ordoo order
From within the till, you will be able to select the Ordoo icon, which takes you to the Ordoo digital ticketing system. You can now login and 'start accepting orders'. This will effectively open your digital store so customers can start placing orders (make sure you turn it to 'not accepting orders' when you're closed). You can then view your menu on the Ordoo app (link here), view your menu and place your first order.
Step 6: Process the order through the digital ticketing system
Once you accept the Order, it will be sent to the Epos Now back office and also notify the customer. Orders queue up in the upcoming column according to 'due at time' and then jump across to prepare now. Once the order has been prepared, you can let the customer know via push message. Once collected, you can tick it off the order management screen.
Step 7 (optional): You can then print Ordoo orders from within Epos Now
Navigate to the 'print history' tab from within Epos Now and select the Ordoo orders you wish to print. You can then process orders in your normal kitchen management system.
Step 8: Launch the mobile ordering app and promote it to customers
