Ordoo Engage:

Set up automated notifications that send to your customers when they exhibit certain behaviour. Activate customers who view you store, but don’t order. Retain customers who haven’t ordered in 30 days.

Have you set up your automatic engagement notifications yet? It’s super easy and can greatly improve you customer activation, retention and referral rates on the app.

Simply:

  1. Navigate to: app.ordoo.co.uk
  2. Login with your Ordoo email and password
  3. Navigate to “Engage” via the side bar
  4. Write your own personalised notifications for each event, activate and save them.

Reporting:

View and download reports of orders on the app. See payments made each week. Plus get breakdowns of how much of each product you’ve sold through the app. More detailed weekly reports available on request. 

Menu Management:

You've got total control of your menu & what you display, if that's creating whole collections or temporarily disabling product options. For more on menu management, click here

Customer Management:

See each of your customers, how much they spend, how frequently they visit, the time since their last order and how many friends they invite. On request we can create email campaigns to them.
