If your tablet is physically broken, send us a video/picture of the tablet and details around how it happened and we'll replace it for a fee. In special occasions we will replace it for free. 

If the tablet is broken with no physical damage, do the same as for physical damage and we'll review it.

In the meantime whilst your tablet is down, you don't need to stop using Ordoo. Our POS app can run on any iOS or Android device, so you can run it off a phone or a spare tablet whilst we fix the tablet.
