Ordoo provide an integration with the ICRTouch API to allow venues to receive orders from Ordoo on their existing ICRTouch hardware.
We provide a convenient way for you as a reseller to:
- Purchase and assign licences to venues
- To send venues setup instructions
- To access the dashboard on venues behalf to support them
How it works
A user with the Ordoo app can find nearby venues and see their menu. They select and customise items or order and pay in app using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Ordoo handle the payment before sending the order to the ICRTouch API. Almost instantaneously the order is printed on the the venues EPOS system.

Login to the Reseller Dashboard
Head over to the Reseller Dashboard and login with the credentials you've been provided. It should look something like this:
From here you can see all of your licences, purchase new licences and assign them to your customers.
Setting up a demo venue
First you'll need to have a licence available you can get one by pressing the "Subscribe Now" button. This is usually free whilst you're in demo mode.
With an available licence unit you can press "Assign Now" which will bring up a form that will walk you through the process.
You'll need to supply the ICRTouch API Key and Site ID that you can TillConfig by going to Webshop Advanced > Edit Settings > API Key.

When a user places an order a ticket should be printed on the accounts EPOS system:
